Time to Visit Italy Again

My wife thought that the guys would think I was reading a romance novel, but for a dad of 4 daughters it was much more than I imagined. Karin developed some very strong characters and put them into some very unique situations. I read the book in 2 days, but the story and the characters stuck with me for 2 weeks. I still can't shake Paulo. This is a great book to read on the plane back from the Winter Olympics in Italy or on your way to Italy this Spring.

Gripping.

From the compelling opening to the end of this novel, I could not put the book down. Jones writes with a raw immediacy that grips the reader's emotions. The novel is structured in vivid, fast-paced scenes that kept me turning the pages until forced to set the story aside. When I did, the characters stayed with me, and I couldn't wait to get back to the book. The author's attention to detail and care for her characters makes for a gripping read. The story of a family in crisis is as old as time yet made fresh by Jones' prose.
