How much can change over nine years?

Lyla's job as a graphic designer is all but what she wanted it to be. That is until her childhood friends visit again after nine years.

Through the heat of the moment Lyla quits her job and struggles with what to do next. Until Aaron, one of her childhood friends and the co-owner of a company, volunteers her to work for him.

She agrees, reluctantly, and is swept back to California accompanied by Aaron, Berkeley, her best friend and Zach.

Zach, her other childhood friend and Aaron's co-owner counterpart, struggles with his own issues. He questions if the feelings he has are only the childish wishes of his younger self or if he truly feels the same after nine years.
