Integrating the Prime and Kelvin Universe's two Captain Kirks (Pine and William Shatner), they, along with Jean-Luc Picard, Katheryn Janeway, Q, Guinan, Data, Deanna Troi, Seven of Nine, Wesley Crusher, and the entire crew from the newest Star Trek movies, must all work together to reverse a terrible mistake from the past, culminating in an epic confrontation between Starfleet and their counterparts in the mirror universe: the Terran Empire.
