In the mirrorless world of Cuhb, loneliness is a give in, as searching for your one of a kind self in everyone but you is an impossible feat. This is a story of three sister's fighting to stay afloat in an ocean of loneliness surrounded. Spanning across 7 years, it also highlights the lives of two friends who have grown apart, after growing into their own worlds together.

The feline creature lay sprawled in the light of the sun. The concrete facade of the sky view flat a perfect backdrop to it's lethargy. It's slate grey fur reflected light so much so that looking at it, you'd swear it was doused in streaks of white. But in a sky only adorned in the diminishing rays of an afternoon sun, no blinding jolts of white appeared in its fur and it appeared monochromatic. It was still, so still that it looked like a dollop of soft grey against a backdrop of white. It had eyes that looked like spears of cerulean blue.

The blue of nostalgia.

The blue of dying and coming to life again.

The blue of the ocean.

The blue of holding your breath and never exhaling.

He looked like he could recollect nothing of the past. And that was synonymous with being at peace with the present. He looked like he knew nothing about things external to his life. And that was synonymous with being grateful. He looked not at others, but inwardly for the instinctual need to survive. And that was synonymous with being symbiotically self-sufficient. Though if you pay attention, the two contradict. And in the world of survival, you can afford to contradict yourself.
