Great characters and great story

I got this book as a Christmas present and thought it was great. I enjoyed the characters who all were well-fleshed out and interesting. I am definitely going to buy other books by Cotton Smith.

Good book!

I recently heard this author speak at a booksigning and I picked up this latest book (Stands a Ranger). I thorougly enjoyed the "glimpses" of the cowboy world and it completely made me forget all about my own mundane life and comforts.
