In my prior books, Spirit of the Forerunner: "A Cry Goes Out" and "The Legacy of One Who Has Gone Before", I established the position of influence that rests upon the forerunner. In book two, "Legacy of One Who Has Gone Before", a Biblical importance of the forerunner was built, as we looked into the life of John the Baptist. Each volume in this Spirit of the Forerunner series, paints and builds one on the other an impressive picture of the forerunner and the depth of anointing that resides upon the call. Within the first two books instruction has gone forth to show the reader how to walk within the guiding principles of the forerunner as set by God. Time was taken to share personal stories, visions, dreams, and words my husband Jim and I received through the years as we have walked out our calling as forerunners. This third book, "Mantles of Our Predecessors", will encourage you further as you are clocked in the mantle of the forerunner. You will become confident as you walk out the birthright He has chosen for you. Once you begin this journey, there is no desire to turn back, only to continue forward, longing to be consumed and used to spread a holy fire within the body of Christ. A fire that causes a deep awaking to take place in each person you encounter. Those divine encounters bring forth positioning for His Body to be engulfed in His glory. His brilliance shows the church how to become His bride, clothed in the wedding garments of His grandeur. As forerunners, we walk upon the virgin soil of cities and regions, in churches and the marketplace. We have the opportunity to impact people who have never encountered the pure breath of God or the sweetness of His voice. We break open a pathway for that reason, enabling the populace to follow and build His kingdom. This movement motivates and positions people into places of authority and power within the Body of Christ and the marketplace. It is my hope as you continue your journey within the pages of this book that you will receive much spiritual insight and support to stay steadfast in the race set before you. Moreover, that you will receive your portion to stand before the Lord with confidence, knowing you achieved much for His Kingdom as you walked out the spirit of the forerunner throughout every aspect of your life.Through hope, trust will come. Trust becomes faith, where you will find yourself at deeper levels of intimacy with your bridegroom Jesus. As you have more faith and intimacy He will reveal innumerable doors in the spirit for you to walk through. Then your eyes are opened to see clearly the plans and purposes of the Father's heart.
