Everyone wants to be happy, feel good and be in a positive place. Have you ever heard the sayings, "rejoice and be glad", or "happiness will never come to those who fail to appreciate what they already have"? There is alot of truth in "joy being found in blessings." We are all blessed and in my book I share with you the countless blessings I have been a part of and how being grateful, for even the smallest things in life, really gives you a new way to look at your life.
