This book contains quite a few useful words and phrases that are helpful regarding communicating with Spanish-speaking employees. There are categories/chapters to help us English-only people find the words/phrases we want to say quickly. The transliteration is good. For example, the verb "to work" is "trabajar". The book will show you that it is pronounced "trah-bah-HAHR". For the price, it's a good buy if you know little or no Spanish and you want some basic communication skills in that language. It's a small book -- almost fits in your pocket!

It gives concise on the job terms with their translations and an easy to use phonetic pronunciation guide for each word. With a minmum of effort you will be able to determine the price of a job, ask someone to mow the lawn or make sure they wash the dishes carefully.
