literate romance!

This is my second Janice Kay Johnson novel; I downloaded the first as one of a bundle of free Harlequin romances, but I eagerly paid for this one. What a delightful author! The standard romance novel formula is presented, but with intelligent vocabulary, sympathetic characters and unique plot complications that actually hold water! I'll be buying everything she has available for my kindle.
