This was an amazing book. Very well written and a quick read. You will fall in love with all of the main characters. There are two couples's lives being played out and you're equally captivated by both. A must read. I recently found out this is only one in a series. I'll be getting and reading them all.

I was quite surprised by the setting of this book; a real departure for Macomber. It was well written and I enjoyed both stories woven in the book. I can't wait to read the other two books in the Deliverance Company: Sooner or Later and Moon Over Water.

Haven't read anything by Debbie Macomber yet that I didn't love. An easy read - a good story.

The book was moving. I actually cried (I hardly cry). However, I felt that the other characters like Bailey and Stan should get their own stories.

Debbie Macomber's SOMEDAY SOON, which is the prequel to SOONER OR LATER is a wonderful contemporary about a young widow, Linette Collins, who becomes involved with the head of a mercenary group, Cain McClellan. She's reluctant to love and lose again, and Cain, well he's never even CONSIDERED having a "permanent" woman. But, his days of reckless abandon are numbered when he falls in love with Linette--much to the chagrin of his mercenary buddies--and almost loses her to international terorists. buddies.
