This book will change your behavior and relationship with the sun

This excellently researched book by Dr. Sorenson is an eye-opener! It convincingly destroys a number of the myths (promoted by skin protector industries) that have focussed on skin protection rather than on the vitally beneficial (Vitamin D) benefits of sun exposure. I have heard Dr. Sorenson lecture on the subject, then read the book, then began application of the principle concepts. Just today I had the mother of one of my clients tell me what healthy looking skin I have (I just turned 80 years old last week). She asked what I used to keep it that way. I told her it was exposure to sunlight and UVB in particular. She was incredulous.
