This is a workbook that helps you find out how to nurture yourself by examining your childhood and then replacing the traumatic events of your childhood with the way your would nurture yourself as an adult. It is such a great book that I have given it to many people. This book shows you how to love yourself the way your weren't loved as a child and helps you move on. Wonderful, wonderful book.
