This book is impressive. Mr. Squires provides a clear, concise and do-able system for improving health and fitness. The author's message is not sterile science, but practical application of some better known and some lesser known mind and body techniques. In many ways, the training methods are quite unique (body weight exercises). You may find yourself wondering, as I did, why many of us believe we need thousands of dollars in equipment to achieve a high level of fitness. Some of the material is likely to remind you that you've either forgotten or never properly applied some of the success principles you've learned in the past. This is accomplished through transparent discussion of the author's past successes and failures. The author draws heavily upon personal experience combined with reference to published research, keeping the reader interested while reinforcing the message being conveyed.
