Great Book

This author knew how to start a book. This book caught my attention from the first page and I finished it in 24 hours. So great job

Sleeping With The Agent is another wild ride.

Llallana "Lily" Noretski is on the run, she has no one to trust. She is afraid that whatever the CIA did to her will now make her turn on those she holds dear. All Lily cares about now is getting those abused young girls to a better life. When Lily is unable to obtain all the necessary passports for travel she makes an uneasy alliance with a gun smuggling handsome stranger. Navy Seal Reed Vincenzio is brought in on a joint mission to bring Lily in or to eliminate her. Lily was activated from a sleep cell months ago and has a dangerous device in her possession. Reed is a highly skilled sharpshooter and normally a job like this would be a snap for him. But getting to know Lily has made Reed unsure about his Intel on this mission. Reed tries to keep a tight rein on Lily but Lily isn't used to depending on anyone. As these two form an alliance the danger to Lily intensifies. Reed has fallen for this exotic beauty and will risk all to save her. Sleeping With The Agent is a trill a minute read. It's enthralling both in the intrigue, passion and deep friendships. Ms. Low really made Lily a likeable character, you can feel her anguish about her past deeds. Reed and Lily's growth in trust and as lovers is exceptional. Looking forward to the next book for this author. Hoping someday to read T and Alex's story..

Thrilling Intrigue and Sensually Stimulating - Oh Yeah!

Lily Noretski is beautiful and dangerous. She'd been betrayed by the CIA - people who were supposed to be helping her - and turned into a `sleeper cell'. While under another's control, Lily had betrayed the only friend she'd ever known. Now on the run, Lily was in possession of a destructive weapon that had to be recovered before an enemy handler could contact her and use it to upset world power. After a Special US Ops team (GEM) located Lily, Navy SEAL sharpshooter Reed Vicenzio was assigned the task of getting close, winning Lily's trust, finding the weapon, and if need be, `taking her out'. Reeds normally dispassionate nature was aroused not only by Lily's courageous strength, but her beauty. The closer he got, Reed recognized her compassion and courage as she worked to get `her girls' - sex slave victims, like she had once been, to safety. It was a supreme effort for Lily to trust, but she was discovering that the enigmatic man who kept saving her life seemed more than able to fit the bill. Knowing that someone was trying to manipulate her head, Lily fought her way out of the fog trying to complete her own self-appointed mission. Though danger appeared at every corner, Lily only began to feel safe when enclosed in Reed's arms. For both, the price they would pay for their passion could come at a deadly cost. -- Discovering Low's Crossfire trilogy in this, the final book, I can certainly understand the praise this writers generating of her exciting and intensely suspenseful thrillers! This was a roller coaster ride from beginning to end starring two captivating protagonists. Reed is that totally alpha male - an awesome and yummy hero! While it did take me a bit of time to come up to speed with the numerous characters and incidents mentioned from the previous books in the Crossfire trilogy, I was quickly immersed in the adventure and thoroughly enjoyed the thrill of the rollercoaster, which I recommend lovers of suspenseful intrigue to hop on board for the ride! Great suspense

Navy Seal Reed Vincenzio's first encounter with Llallana "Lily" Noretski takes place deep in the night while he was on a practice mission in the mountains of Macedonia and she was traveling through those same mountains, attempting to smuggle several young women out of the country to protect them from a grim future of sexual slavery and mind control. The last thing Reed expected as he watched her pass by from his hidden perch was for her to pick up on his location and fire upon him and his men with an Uzi before taking off. Two months later Lily is starting to worry about getting her young charges to safety. Her cash is dwindling and she still doesn't have all of the passports necessary to get the girls safely out of the country. Once again Reed is thrown into Lily's life, this time with an undercover identity intended to intercept Lily, but not because of her mission to help the vulnerable and traumatized girls, but because she is a sleeper, programmed to detonate a deadly bomb upon hearing a secret command. Lily has no clue that Reed was the target of her random shooting that night in the mountains. This time Lily is the target and Reed is the sharpshooter who is expected to keep close watch over her and to utilize his incredible shooting skills at the slightest provocation. Once Reed meets Lily and begins to understand the extent of her victimization and abuse, he isn't so sure that he will follow orders if he is given the command to eliminate her. Lily is terrified of what has been programmed into her brain and distrusts everyone around her, wishing for nothing more than a life of peace and security that looks far beyond her reach. Gennita Low takes readers on a non-stop, thrill-packed ride with SLEEPING WITH THE AGENT. This is the third book in a series and as I did not read the other two books, I can vouch for this book's ability to stand on its own. Reed and Lily are two of the most intensely written, intricate characters that I have ever read. The secondary characters are equally well-written and intriguing. So intriguing, as a matter of fact, that I intend to obtain and read the first two books in this series in the very near future. I give this book my highest recommendation it is definitely one that I will enjoy re-reading. COURTESY LAURIE/ROMANCE JUNKIES

Strong heroine and delectable hero!

I wasn't sure, after "The Hunter" that I could or would like Lilly - (Amber's traitor-friend in THE HUNTER.) Of course, when you find out she's been used by the CIA, as a sleeper (someone who can be hypnotically altered with a phone-call) you begin to have some sympathy for her. Now I wasn't too sure I would like this entire "sleeper" concept - - but if anyone can do it properly and believably - Gennita Low can! Not only do you feel for Lilly, you wind up cheering for her and wishing her a happy ending. Enter Reed "Joker" from the STAR team. Reed is another extremely "yummy" alpha-male from Gennita's world of SEALS, spies and intrigue. When you meet Reed, you'll find yourself promptly adding him to your list of "Men you would like to meet in real life." He's Alpha, he's sensitive, he's adorable and of course, he's hot. I think one of my favorite things about SLEEPING WITH THE AGENT is that our hero and heroine don't do anything stupid. They are never annoying and they are two very different individuals, worthy of their counterpart. The story-line is intriguing and the cast of characters are interesting and likeable. Another good read I'd highly recommend. Thanks for another "Keeper" Ms. Low!
