Embark on a quantitative journey into the factors influencing sleep quality in adolescents as this study delves into the predictive abilities of irritability, belief in sleep, and sleep hygiene. With a focus on understanding and improving sleep quality in adolescents, the research addresses five key questions, exploring the aggregate and unique contributions of these predictor variables.
Utilizing a deductive, non-experimental, and cross-sectional approach, the study collected data from 69 participants aged 13-17 through electronically administered surveys. Employing the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Likert scales, the research investigated the interplay between irritability, attitude toward sleep, sleep hygiene, and sleep quality.
