The date is April 30th, 1985, and, so far, Henry Draven has already killed thousands of times at Camp Serenity Lake - a summer camp located in Waukesha County, Milwaukee. Well, technically, it's the same ten people he's killed hundreds of times each - and this date, April 30th, 1985, has been on a continuous loop for several months by now.
