Perryn is an ordained minister in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America, the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and the Presbyterian Church U.S.A. with degrees from Bethel College (McKenzie, TN), Brite Divinity School (TCU, Ft. Worth, TX), and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary (Austin, TX). Although his passion is preaching, he understands that God speaks in many ways.
