Not as described!

It said it comes with the cards and it didn't, the book was raget and pages torn & bent! I explained to chat customer service that it didn't come with all the items that was described and they said sometimes all items don't come with the item?? Makes no sense if it's in the description, that's what you suppose to get! With that being said, I wouldn't suggest this site to purchase because you never know what your going to get!!
