There is a picture for every recipe; everything looks like it came from the chef of a fine spa; and I can make it look like that myself with ease. It's based on strict portion control, but their guidelines make it easy for you to follow. And it also makes sure that --- by having five smaller meals a day --- you are never hungry, which makes you willing to stay on the diet. If you like Danish style smorrebrod, if you'd rather eat less of real food that you love than more of bad-tasting diet foods, if you like a positive approach to eating --- this book is for you.
