My daughter-in-law picked this off of my Wish List for me for Christmas. It was probably the book that I would not have bought for myself (it was on my Wish List for 10 months) but should have(!) because now that I have it, I can't get over how wonderful it is. This is just what I needed to kick-start myself after Christmas into a well-balanced exercise routine to go along with my tread-mill. My thanks to the author for her wonderful combination of written encouragement and insight in the book and the exercise, scripture, music, and outdoor visual setting on the DVD. They all work together for a satisfying workout.
