This book is short and to the point on the subject of shame. It's amazing how we wear it so easily, but it does not look good on. This book exposes the lie that it is, and that we don't need to continue to accept it as a way of living.

heal your shame

Thia book is an excellent resource to help you indentify what shame is and then how to deal with it so your identify can be healed. Having a healed identify becomes the launching pad for us to step into our God-given destiny. This book masterfully, yet simply does all of the above. Most of my friends who borrow the book, don't give it back so I have to buy multiple copies. That's how good it is!

I read a lot of books on self help with scripture refences and this one is well written and easy to read. The author has done his research and his format is memorable and thought provoking.
