In this companion volume, Graeme Rendall describes many new potential UFO sightings from across Europe during WW2. Rather than retread ground covered in UFOs Before Roswell, he has included information on the "following" and "shadowing" of RAF bombers phenomenon that occurred between 1940 and 1942, which featured in monthly Operational Research Section intelligence summaries. He updates some of the more interesting cases featured in UFOs Before Roswell with further details, including witness testimony and other information not hitherto published. Other incidents, many with civilian witnesses across Occupied Europe who were only able to tell their stories once the war was over, describe sightings of various strange objects, both flying in the skies and squirreled away in secret hangars.

Shadows Over The Reich can be read in isolation, but it is far better to have looked through UFOs Before Roswell first, in order to prepare oneself for the fact that huge numbers of UFOs were witnessed during WW2. The UFO phenomenon did not start in June 1947...
