A terrific read

Zach King's war with the Borke family continues in this book as he attempts to find his sister who has been kidnapped by Athena Borke. The trail brings Zach to New Orleans and he will be shocked at what he finds there. Not only will he have to brave gator-infested swamps but also he'll have to come to terms with sinister people who see no wrong in what they're doing. People with many hired guns against which Zach will need help to fight if he's any hope of finding his sister. Another terrific entry into the Wilderness series. Interesting to note that David Thompson sticks with Zach throughout this book. There are very memorable characters such as Apple Annie and plenty of action too. The horrors that Zach discovers could have befallen his sister, Evelyn, kept me reading to find out if this was to be true. And then comes the final twist to this tale. Excellent!
