Leadership is in crisis. But there is a way out.
In Servant Leadership: A Way Out of Crisis, Rev. Dr. James Commey issues a prophetic and practical call to return to the model of Jesus-the Servant Leader. With over 30 years of ministry experience, he unveils the deep heart issues behind leadership failures in our churches, organizations, and communities, and presents a redemptive path forward.
This book is not a leadership theory; it is a roadmap for transformation. From diagnosing the roots of toxic leadership to offering proven tools for sustainable, Christlike influence, each chapter is a step toward building a new kind of leader-one who bends before they rise, lifts others without losing strength, and leads from love, not ego.
Whether you're a pastor, church worker, team lead, or aspiring leader, this book will equip you to:
Build leadership systems rooted in humility and accountability
Empower others instead of controlling them
Transition leadership roles with grace
Raise the next generation without insecurity
Live and lead with eternal impact
It's time to rediscover leadership the way Heaven intended-serving, sacrificing, and shaping lives for God's glory.
This is more than a book. It's a commissioning.
