Great serger shortcuts

I had never used a serger before and just recently bought one. This book was recommended to me by many people. I have to say, it's more than I expected. It covers everything you need to know using wonderful illustrations and color photos. I'm now more knowledgeable about my serger and no longer "in fear" of using it! :) Definitely worth having in my sewing library.

Great book for Elna serger owners

One of the sergers I own is an Elna and I found this book a great addition to my library. It is nice to associate her information with the machine I have. Another plus, you can now get a great deal on a used copy! If you own another brand, you might find this book not all that informative for you.

helpful for serger users

I was given this book as a gift and really enjoyed it. I have had a serger for some time and have only used it to sew and finish seams and never tried any decorative threads or techniques. The directions were very clear and I finally learned why there are so many feet available. Just like with a regular machine, you don't need special feet but they sure help.
