A wonderful textbook of positive self scripts for women

This book does not just tell women to talk positively to themselves and to expect the best from themselves - it gives extensive "scripts" for women to use in replacing the negative, destructive thought patterns many of us have come to repeat and reinforce through the years. The personal stories of the author can sometimes drag a little, but the scripts are well worth sticking it out. This book is good stuff- well worth the price and the time...IF you apply it.
