6 Second Secret

"Self-Esteem and the 6 Second Secret" is the best book to help with "simple" ideas of parenting. What Connie Podesta says in this book is, in itself, so simple. However, it is something that every parent that I have ever known is negligent of - unfortunate but true. It is just too easy to get caught up in "life" and forget what she is saying. It is not only good for parenting our children but also for our own self-talk. Ms. Podesta teaches with humor and love that shines through. I can't wait to read another of her books!
