Great for Peds Board review

I used a borrowed copy from another pediatrician to review for the photo portion of the pediatric boards. It is thorough, well written, and easier to use than Zitelli for board review. The disease states are clearly described and the photos are of excellent quality. For the money, this is a fantastic bargain for cheap and effective board review. I can't do justice to how good this book is for medical students, residents and even staff to review for re-certification. It is a little out of date with regard to some treatment modalities, but overall is on the money.

Great Board Review Book

I borrowed a copy of this book to review for pediatric boards. Excellent, thorough, concise reviews of disease states with clear and representative photos. Fantastic for medical students, residents and even staff pediatricians to review for board exams. Slightly out of date, and some practice parameters are in line with British medical guidelines rather than American - but for the money this is even better than Zitelli for photographic review of pediatric disease.
