One of her best!

Unrequited love, deception, explicit sex, and in the end true love. She has a winner on her hands. I am a die hard Devine fan, even though some of her books are better then others. Her one constant is the wonderful sex! But being a true romantic reader, I like my erotic sex with a side dish of a happy ending. This one totally delivered. Not all of Ms. Devine's books have the romatic endings some of us crave; it's not necessary to always have those as long as it is eluded to. But this book rocks!

The best erotic story I've ever read!...

Holy Smoke! this book is hot!!!... this book is definately NOT for those that are into sweet romantic stories, if you prefer those, then go find another book or look for the Harlequin novels, but if you're a hardcore reader and enjoy hot-explicit-in your face-mind blowing sex scenes, then this is the book to get. It also has a great plot, but it doesn't bore you with hundreds of pages of nonsense to the point you want to put the book away, you won't be able to put it away because if you do, you'll be wanting cold shower.The book is about a widow, Elizabeth (was stuck in an unhappy marriage for 7 years with no children) with a manipulating father that thinks that he's finally going to enjoy his daughter's inheritance and that Elizabeth be with the love of her life, a man that abandoned her sometime in her past. A handsome hero, related to Elizabeth's dead husband, comes along to claim 'his' inheritance and the heroine's body, in order for her to keep her share and her father's pocket with money, she gives herself to the hero (very willingly but still wants to be with the other man she loves)... she enjoys the love lessons she's getting from the hero and a magnificent pearl necklace that it's used to drive her insane with pleasure. But in between all this passion, robberies, murders and mysteries occur, and it's up to the hero to keep Elizabeth satisfied and find the thief/murderer.Great story if you prefer to read hardcore erotic novels. I highly recommend this one!

In SEDUCTIVE, Thea Devine does the hot, steamy sexual scenes again!!! No one write better or more descriptive erotica.Elizabeth Massey, childless and recently widowed of William, Earl of Shenstone, wants to settle down on her estate, enjoy a quiet life, and possibly reconnect with her old love, Peter.Nicholas Massey, nephew of William, is the only legitimate male heir to Shenstone, and he means to have it along with the beautiful Elizabeth, at any cost, among them blackmail, if necessary.However, along with their highly charged relationship, there is too much deception and too many secrets on both sides, any combination of which could be fatal.This is a good book with several different story lines going on. It has lots of very descriptive erotica. I recommend it.

Thea Devine is the best!

Seductive is a very sexy read with a plot. Most erotic romance from some authors are just plain sex without a plot, and oftentimes very boring. Seductive doesn't concentrate on the sex scenes. There is character development and the two main characters are likeable. The sex is not gratuitous and it doesn't push my ick buttons.The hero and heroine doesn't fall in love with each other right away but i still got the feeling that they will make each other happy and will spend the rest of their lives together. I like Seductive better than Susan Johnson's Tempting. It may be 3 dollars cheaper than Tempting but it's a lot better.
