Have read Dr. Batman's books about water and salt for your health. Thought I would continue research and found this little book. Thin book but a very easy read and VERY informative. Gave me some real insight to the true QUALITY of what I'm putting in my body. Now I know. Glad I bought it.

This book deserves to be a best-seller. Of course it won't be, it goes against big business, which uses the vast majority of salt (93%) for industry, and then gives us the remaining debris in the form of thoroughly refined, iodized crap to put on our food.
