Brilliant Survey

Masterful and highly readable. To my knowledge, the first and only COMPLETE survey of science history (all cultures and all eras). First few chapters are a grind, covering the globlygook of early philosophy. Breaks nicely to the Interactions of multiple cultures and emergence of modern thinking. Necessary reading for anyone who believes in opening their mind to the true complexity of human history. Offensive to those subscribing to stale old ethnocentric falsehoods. One of a kind work indicating deep research while maintaining a brisk narrative style. She was laughed at while first proposing the premise. Now a must study for serious students of science history.
