The educator or group coordinator is like a conductor conducting an orchestra. From the coordination of each different instrument, he or she conducts everyone's music. The conductor knows the content of the scores for each instrument and what each one can offer. The harmony between each instrument and the other, the harmony between each instrument and the conductor, the conductor's feeling for each instrument and for everyone is what makes it possible to perform the pedagogical piece.
