Short narritive that teaching the basics of communication.

The book reads like a short story chronicling a few weeks in the life on Gloria and her family. Gloria's life as a manager, wife, and mother is falling apart and a mysterious teacher helps her learn the basics of clear communication.The insights provided by the author are presented with real life examples and situations that make them easy to grasp and retain. The format of the book reminds me of the various "One Minute Manager" books by various authors.Highly recommended.
