Fun to read

As my previous review told, I read these books originally out of order on accident, but it was a good thing because it made me fall in love with the series as I was not a fan of the first book. It's dramatic, it's a little cringe, but overall it's fun to read and that's what matters to me so I recommend it

Max Ride 3 doesn't disappoint!

Having been hooked on the first 2 Maximum Ride books by my best friend, I went on to read the third and it was amazing. Mysteries are uncovered in Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports: The Voice, the true Ari, and Max's family all proved to have intrestingplot twists. My favorite part, however, is Max and the flock's sarcastic wit when they need to use attitude. Don't read in public unless you want to be stared at for laughing out loud (I don' care, but...) Maximum Ride 3 continues to show James Patterson's amazing ability to not have sequels and thirds suck in comparison to the original. I love this book!

What a ride!

What a ride! I'm an adult with teenagers and I often read what they read. This book is a great ride. It's written mostly in the first person with down-to-earth street language (minus the curse words) which works well. By the middle of the book you find yourself convinced that the mutant characters could exist; their world is real. We can't wait till the rest in the series comes in the mail!

A wonderful read!

I know this series is written for teens, but, as an adult, I have loved every one of these books. I also read the two this series is based on, "When the Wind Blows" and "The Lake House". I love everything James Patterson writes. This one, #3, is no exception. The action is non-stop. I love Max's sense of sarcasm, as that's my type of humor, too. This is a perfect, quick, summer read, one I thoroughly enjoyed. I hope there are many more in the series.

Maximum Ride: Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports

I could praise this book in so many ways. Max is even more likeable now, and I'm glad that Fang's blog is actually part of the book as more than just a little extra, and I found some parts that were absolutely hilarious (everything with ter Borcht in it, basically). This book is so wonderful. Just as good as the rest of the series, and I am so sad that it's over. I am definitely going to find some more James Patterson books...

The Best kid series around

James Patterson does a wonderful job of actually feeling like you are the character. Every single page is action packed and a must for kids. This book will make any and I mean ANY reluctant reader begging for more.
