Opps we're married

Months ago Jill helping a sick friend went on in her place at a televised Cinderella ice skating show. But after the show Jill didn't know & her sneaky friend didn't tell her, but she was to be sold to the highest bidder. Then married to see who would stay married the longest so they could win a prize. Grayson McCall went to Las Vegas to ask his step brother Mitch for a loan. Mitch wouldn't loan his mother a drop of water if she was on fire. (Kind of like our Mitch here in Indy.) Gray won on a slot machine enough to help his financial problem, but instead of taking the money & running he went in to see the ice show. He stayed to see Jill put up for sale, he (being a knight in shining armor) had to help. He out bid some drunken louts to get Jill, only to go through what they thought was a phony marriage ceremony. Jill found out months later, when she wants to marry Alan, it was a real marriage. She wrote to Gray to ask him to handle the divorce. Gray by now was so far over his head in trouble he needed a fairy god-mother himself. Jill shows up in Montana with her 4 yr old son Sam. Gray fell in love, but he knew it wouldn't work, because his father (his hero) couldn't get his step-brother Mitch to love him & vise-a-visa. If Gray's dad couldn't do it, Gray knew he wouldn't be able to do it. Gray by now is Sam's hero, of course he never sees that. Sam gets sick & Jill has to stay with Gray & his family until Sam gets well. Gray's mom & granddad are helping him with the ranch but he knows he is defeated from the start. It's not until the last day that Jill is in town that Gray found his dad had put enough life insurance on himself to take care of any money problems Gray might encounter. Jill leaves so that Gray can get his business taken care of without her & Sam in the way, She tells Alan she can't marry him because she is in love with Gray. Then Gray shows up & happy ending:-)

They Were Married by Mistake, Can They Make it Last?

A few months ago Jill Brown, the understudy for Cinderella in an ice skating show called, "Our Celebrity Cinderella Bride" that was being filling by a cable station that was trying to cash in on reality television, was standing in for the star. After the show, Cinderella was supposed to be auctioned off to the highest bidder and married to him on the spot with the money going to charity. Montana rancher Grayson McCall wins the bidding and the couple say their I do's before the cameras. Only neither one of them knows the marriage is for real. That's show business in Nevada for you. Now Jill wants to get married for real, to someone else. She wants a father for her son and the nice guy she's marrying wants a mother for his two daughters. Jill is not in love with him and he's not in love with her. She writes Grayson, saying that she's going to need a divorce, something you think these two intelligent people would have thought about earlier, but he's too busy trying to save his ranch, so Jill takes the train to Montana. However, once on his ranch and confronted with him and he her, well you know how it goes, one thing leads to another and that's what makes for a wonderful read of this book that I liked more than I can say. Both Jill and Grayson seemed real to me and that's what a good story is supposed to be all about. I highly recommend "Saving Cinderella".
