One day, in the fishing community of Gagechwen, a terrible oil spill throws the town in panic and heartbreak. As they clean up and mourn the loss of the wildlife and their food, they discover a lonely little seal pup. About the Author

Stuart Adams II is heavily involved with community service in Connellsville, Pennsylvania. He wrote his children's fiction book, Sammy the Harbor Seal, as a gift for his grandson, Kason Adams.When he is not writing, Stuart enjoys woodworking and creative painting. A native of Pittsburgh, the author hopes his story about an orphaned harbor seal will encourage children to use their imagination and foster a need to embrace the environment and the creatures of the earth.
