He is a hulking, nose less strongman who rules with an iron fist, making krokodil under the orders of his heavily-tattooed living "La Catrina" Gypsy Queen. The gasoline derived injectable is so powerful that it enslaves addicts despite turning their flesh reptilian, eventually robbing them of the ability to walk.
