Rajdevi, the self-involved queen of Gajpur, finds her glassy world of fancies threatened to be shattered when Devraj, her loving and caring husband, the benevolent and dedicated king of Gajpur and also a fierce warrior in battlefield, executes Kalikal after having turned down the inhuman demand conveyed by him thus inviting the wrath and revenge of Kapaliks of Kapalghati: the descendants of White Huns, one of the most dreaded tribes of vandals and barbarians in the known human history. The state of Magadh ruled by the eccentric and drunkard Vichitragupta harboring blood feud with Gajpur for an 'interesting' reason and being hand in glove with Kapaliks adds to the threats and challenges Gajpur has to face. As the events begin taking ugly turns, the body count rises as the cycle of revenge and counter-revenge sets in. A saga written by the blood trail of Devraj's dear ones and foes begins to unfold in which Rajdevi is seen discovering yet unexplored aspects of her lost-in-self personality; Devraj rising up to the higher planes of valor and Vichitrgupta touching a new low with Pishach, the Lord of Kapaliks putting to practice evil designs for hell to break loose upon Gajpur. Warriors appear out of the closed and forgotten closet of past. The loyal men of Devraj put themselves to the swords of Kapaliks in their bid to protect the honor of Gajpur thereby obliging Devraj to mount on a journey of revenge and the Time witnesses a war where the will to die only warrants the chance to live on.
