great product great packageing n very satisfied its a great book just like it was described

This is not a "joke"!

This works better if you pay less attention to the show and more attention to the manga. The stories in this novel are along the lines of stories Watsuki had no time to draw. Of course, anyone who has seen the anime will recognize the first story "Voyage to the Moon World" as a third season set, (and it was more than one episode!) The anime dumbs it down and everyone gets to walk away alive, the ending in this book isn't so nice. Also if you read it you realize that it was supposed to be a first season story for more than one reason, (Kenshin still struggles with Bottosai in this version.) The second story expands the chapters where Sanosuke runs into his old friend Katsu. In a sense it answers a few questions about Katsu's supplier and the supplier's motivations for doing so. The anime's expansion version left me a touched disappointed. The book is much better. Lacking the manga panels, the book can't express the humor of the series as well, but the tension suffers none at all. I hope more of these books come out with new or improved versions of the Rurouni Kenshin saga. Read in conjuction with the manga not the anime. And above all... THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!
