This is a wonderful cookbook that everyone will love. The illustrations are very Texan. The recipes are easy to read. All of the recipes that I have made and tasted have been very good. The Cerveza Margaritas have been a hit with everyone. Kids love the dessert enchiladas. This is truly a cookbook that will give you a taste of Texas. You'll love it.
