I was disappointed with this book. Many of the recipes need a sauce or ingredient that must be made first… usually another recipe in the book. Also I understand the way the author organized the book, but I would have liked a more traditional organization. This meant that I had to go back and forth between pages to find the ingredients. Maybe it’s my ignorance of some of the ingredients, but very few recipes even sounded appetizing.
