African Sci-Fi Technology Alien Novella

Very sad book about a girl's extraterrestrial experience and journey from normal girl to creature of a folk tale. The audiobook is voiced quite well, and I shed a few tears at one point. A bit too sad for my usual taste, but I liked the main character and the setting was so interesting and unique.

Awesome Book

I enjoyed reading this novella from Okorafor. Set in a future ghana, Fatima, begins a journey to find out how she gets her powers.
