When my father died, I began to realize how much of my thinking wasn't relationship. I was caught up doing, not being love. It caused me to rethink everything I was doing through religion. As a senior pastor, life began to change as wall after wall of works based righteousness began to fall. I stepped away from my title and all it afforded me, recognizing it as a gift that didn't elevate me, and began to live as simply as I could. My life began to change in remarkable ways. I developed a web site and began putting out these cartoons that chronicled my journey. Over fifteen thousand people came to look at the cartoons in this book in one year. I watched as the Frustrated Grace cartoons flew around the world. Yet, that was only ina small social circle. Please enjoy my journey and labor of love and share it with your friends and loved ones.
