Nicely done intro to reflexology.

If you are wondering just what reflexology is, and what it can hope to do for you, this book is a good start. It is a quick read and should be able to help you decide if you wish to pursue the subject at a deeper level. This is not going to make you an expert, but Ms. Gore does a fine job of explaining the basics.
