Great Material for Beginners

This book has lots of beatiful photographs showing you how to hold the feet, techniques for massaging them, and exactly where to press. The charts show you very clearly what parts of the foot connect to which parts and systems of the body. There is a lot of useful, clearly stated information that would be perfect for the curious beginner.
