This is the best bread baking book I have found.

This book has not gotten the attention it deserves. I have Beth Hershberger's book and I have the Bread Bible. The others are good but this is the best of the three. I am just enchanted with these recipes. I use this books nearly every day. I love trying all the great variations. The recipes are simple to follow, delicious, and fun. I highly recommend this book. I got mine in a collection from Ebay and it was worth what I paid excluding the other books. I highly recommend this book. Don't waste your money on the others. You won't need them.

Great Book

This is a wonderful book. It is helpful to the novice breadmaker as well as giving experienced bakers new and useful tips. The recipes are wonderful and range from yeast breads including French, hearty whole grains, and fancy sweetbreads, to quick breads, to biscuits, bagels and muffins. A great book - I've given several as gifts!
