Book Overview

In Random Acts of Management, cartoonist Scott Adams offers sardonic glimpses once again into the lunatic office life of Dilbert, Dogbert, Wally, and others, as they work in an all-too-believably ludicrous setting filled with incompetent management, incomprehensible project acronyms, and minuscule raises. Everyone, it seems, identifies with Dilbert, who struggles to navigate the constant tribulations of absurd company policies and idiot...

My favorate dilbert book

I own 8 Dilbert books I would say that this is my favorite. This book represents the best of Dilbert and has some of the most hilarious cartoons I have read. I would definitely recommend getting this.

The Way Dilbert Should Be

I've grown up with Dilbert and belive me when I say this stuff is great. My favorite character is definetly Wally because he's so lazy. The Dlibert books are great and they always make me laugh. I have 11 Dilbert books and I really can't say I dislike any of them. A great deal for you money and one of the best Dilbert books.

One of the Best Dilbert Books

This is one of the best Dilbert books ever. It has histarical office humor. The majority of frustrated office workers can probably relate to Dilbert. Though I do not work in an office enviornment, I surely can often relate to him and his problems. Dilbert, Wally, the boss, Alice, Asok, Dogbert, and Catbert truly shine their totally funny sides in this book on lunatic office life.

Not as good as some other books from Adams, but still great.

Somehow, as soon as you start to think Dilbert is dying and few new ideas are coming around to Scott Adams, he creates another succesful collection of hilarious comics. And while it's not as great as some other efforts, this is still a good buy. Any kind of Dilbert comics you want are in here, whether it be about secretaries, interns, strange, bizarre, or anoying co-workers, and anything else you might want.

What is everyone's problme?? This is fantastic stuff!

I don't see what everyone hates about this book, I loved it! I've enjoyed Dilbert for years and this book is just as hilarious as the others! Yes, pretty much every strip that turns a business cliche into something literal (i.e. scapegoat, meeting moth) falls completely flat but all the other characters from the boss to Wally to even young Asok are in fine form. Scott Adams has certainly not lost his edge yet, Random Acts of Management continues the Dilbery legacy in style and proves once again that Dilbert is one of the best strips out there.
