Very helpful book. Gave me lot's of ways to relax and be serene. You can also go online with it and it gives you audio meditations. I reccomend it highly. Wanda age 46

Best self help book

I have purchased 5 of these to give to my family and friends. I read a lot of self help and this one is one of the best. If you do what he recommends and quiet your mind, you are happier and healthier, which is what we would all like to be. He gives you ways to accomplish this that you work into your regular life. I highly recommend this book.

Deep Thinker

This book is defintely a deep thinker! Some of the ideas in the book I've brought into my yoga class! I would recommend this book to anyone that has a fast paced life, is stressed, or anyone that really wants to "quiet their mind"
