The Gold Standard

I have been a Quality professional for 25 years. If there is one thing I have learned is that high caliber training is the difference between a lean, effective Quality Management System and one that is costly and ineffective. I have been using Griffith's, "Quality Technician's Handbook" since the first edition. I have found no other textbook as complete or targeted to the quality practitioner as this one.

An excellent reference for Quality Engineers or Technicians.In addtion to that, this book covers almost everthing you need for ASQ Quality Technician Certification, I think this book is even better than the CQT Primer.
