Public Administration: Personnel Policy and Processes

In our study, we tried to increase the importance of public administration in the safe achievement of the social and economic development, to interpret the main provisions of the system-functional paradigm of personnel policy and personnel processes as an external stepping stone to the efficiency of public administration, as if from one side, as a great official inflow, and from the other side, it is itself the result of political and economic processes. Great respect was placed in the middle of the issue of opinions and threats to the processes of personnel security of institutions of public administration, including quiet, as the main driving elements of the victorious and legislative authorities, the institute of presidency, procedures nya posad at the great galuzevy organs of power. We have examined in detail the systemic and procedural concepts of personnel policy and personnel processes, the paradigm of the capacity of personnel potential as a way of rethinking the successful social and economic development of the community from the pretrial ambush of the principles of social justice and the rule of law.
